Kerdock Learning Videos provide on-demand videos of common tasks and functions within the Hyperion applications, including guided narration to help users become familiar with the system. These tasks are taught using screen captures of your company’s actual applications on the environment the end users will perform their job functions.

In this course, you learn the principal techniques and theories for the design of calculations in block storage databases with Essbase Release 11.1.1. You review database structure and configuration and learn basic calculation building blocks, such as FIX and IF statements. Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting 11.1.1 for Essbase Planning– April 15th
This course is designed to teach you how to create and manage reports with Financial Reporting, and use Essbase or Planning as the data source. You create reports, report objects, books, and batches; format reports; and add auto calculations and functions. You also learn to manage items in the repository and define permissions for report items. Exercises help you practice the skills taught.

Oracle Essbase 11.1.1: Bootcamp– April 19th
Learn the principal techniques and theories for the design of block storage databases. In this class you will create a database outline, load data into the database, analyze data with Smart View. Also, create calculation scripts (to calculate data for different scenarios) and perform advanced analysis on the database by implementing varying attribute dimensions and typed measures. Design discussions and hands-on activities help you practice the skills taught.
